My auntie has this plant growing in her garden, and has exhausted all her books and resources trying to find out what it is. Any help would be much appreciated.
Have attached photos. Have got some more if you need them.
It is a Campanula, one of the bellflowers.
There are several that look similar to yours; it will be easier to ID once the flowers open.
For now, I'd suggest C. trachelium, the nettle-leaved bellflower.
Some of the other candiates: Cc. latiloba, latifolia, lactiflora, persicifolia.
They come in white (and more rarely pink) forms, as well as the usual blue.
