Bombus lucorum (hi Stuart!)

I'm pretty sure this is Bombus lucorum.

My question is more about the nhm website bumble bee identification guide.

My first step to identification was to use this guide as I thought it would be quicker than my book. Surprise! - the museum's flash guide only allows three abdominal segments whereas thsi beauty has four. When is your guide going to be upgraded to allow this iconic species to be identified?
