is it agate, septarian nodule or just a pebble?

Hello

I found this stone on the beach (Scotland) I`m not sure if this is agate, septraian nodule or just a pebble.

Would you be able to help?

Thanks a lot

I think it is 'just a pebble'.

The banding is sedimentary (I think I can see bioturbation).

I confess I don't know what the black parts are (I presume they are not superficial). Even if they are vein mineral, their structure would not really warrant use of the term septarian. For that, the rock would need to be more-clearly seprated into chunks by the veins (the veins then being septa - dividers).
