No, it is a lime tree (and not the citrus type of lime), sometimes also called linden.

There are a few possible species; Tilia euchlora and Tilia oliveri seem close.

If you need a firmer ID, please tell me about the leaves:

      - Is the underside silvery or grey (due to a fine pubescence)?

Or is there pubescence only on veins or in tufts in the vein axils?

If there is pubescence in such tufts, is it orange or buff?

      - Is there pubescence on the petiole (leaf stem) and shoot?

Or is the shoot green and hairless, petiole nearly hairless?

      - Are the leaf buds a shiny dark red?

         Or some other colour?

      - Also, it looks to be in a park setting; is that right?

      Mike
