There are many of these tiny creatures in the wall in my bedroom in Leicester UK. in groups. Can anyone tell me what they are please?
They are extremely small, tiny. Sorry, no scale on the photo
My first thought was that it's a booklouse (Psocoptera) but the antennae seem too thick. I'm inclined to think it's a globular springtail (Symphypleona) - there are ones with markings like that. See for example -
but I don't know what they'd be doing inside your house.

This looks more like a mite, perhaps a bird mite like Ornithonyssus or something similar.
The pest controller has taken some away for identification. So, we may have an answer from them shortly. Will let you know
