Conservation groups argue that a ban on fishing Atlantic bluefin tuna is needed because the species has been overfished to such an extent that it's survival is now in doubt. They don't want the ban to be permanent, but they want it to stay in place long enough to allow population numbers to recover. What do you think?
If that is really true I think they should. It will offcourse up the price on tuna for sure. But otherwise you'll have no tuna in a year or so. What's the better thing to do? Put a ban on it for a while I'd say.
