Lava - but does it have a name?

This is very light and I'm almost 100% positive it is lava from Mount Vesuvius I got 50 years ago.

    Sintered pumice, I suspect.

    Would need to inspect microscopically in thin scetion to be sure, or at using a least hand lens.

    The pieces should contain remnant gas bubbles, and the pieces should be stuck to each other through their being still-hot and tacky when they settled.
