Found along the East Yorkshire Coast along with other types of fossilised corals, but this looks unusually different from the spherical looking types.
Any ideas? Is it actually a fossil?
I'm afraid I can't see any structures suggesting coral or any fossils. Looks to be a limestone pebble with calcite veining worn by wave action.
Thanks Rhys, I was wondering whether it was just mineral/crystal deposits within the rock.
