Which species of whale does this belong to?

Many years ago I found this bone near the southern most point of Victoria, Australia, partially buried underneath a rock. The dark colour is shows where the bone was buried for sometime. It would be lovely to know which species of whale this could belong to and the approximate size. The bone I have is approximately 19 inches across and the central disc is between 10 - 11 inches at the widest points. The thickest part of the bone is just over 2 inches.

It is my most valued item and I would really appreciate any information provided.

Thank you!
