Unknown Fly

Could anyone identify this fly please?

It is around 22mm long (which is relatively quite large) and has this striking colour scheme. It wasn't particularly noisy when flying and was quite agile.

This photo was taken in Norfolk.

I have exhausted all internet options to find anything remotely similar.

Many thanks

Ken
