Identification needed please...

This flew at me in my garden in Essex, UK, about 3cm big, makes a noise when flying, loves the light bulb at night.

It's lost, if anyone knows where it lives please let me know...ps its name as well....

Is it worth anything???

 

Found it myself its a

Forest Shield Bug (Pentotoma rifupes).  Common in wooded areas, orchards and gardens across Britain.
