Please can you help with ID?

This little guy(and a load of his mates) have been hanging around outside, and at times just inside, my front door. Curious to know what it is? I think it might be a weevil of some sort, but I am really clueless. I've had a look around on the forum, but I couldn't see any that was like this one.Thank you for any help!

Would be very grateful for any answers!

It is a louse fly (Diptera, Hippoboscidae). It looks like Craeterina pallida, but the image should have been somewhat better to make a sure identification. It lives on swallows and swifts. Do you have nests of house martins or swifts in your house?
