Can't find the source of these bugs but they are mostly on my kitchen counters and in the sink. I usually kill about 20 a day. I have only found a few outside of the kitchen. They crawl very slowly and do not fly or jump. If anyone can help identify these critters from my photo it would be greatly appreciated. Need to know how to find the source and what to use to kill them. I'll try to get a better photo to post. THANKS!
Thanks for the response. Here is a better photo.

Although its upside down and a bit blurry I think this is likely to be the Cigarette or Tobacco beetle, Lasioderma serricorne. This beetle (or at least it's larvae) feed on a wide range of dried stored products especially herbs and spices in kitchen cupboards. Find the source, clear it out and all will be well in your 'American'? kitchen again.
