Help with identification

Whilst shaving this morning I found this on my left nostril!  Under my microscope it is black in colour, with a shiny carapace which has a notch at the rear.  It has very long antennae relative to body length. Probably 2mm in length.

My wife has recently been repeartedly bitten in bed but as a hayfever sufferer I take so much anti-histamine I don't react to bites but I seem to have some too.  I'm sure this is not a flea or bedbug and probably has little to do with our bites but I'd like to know (and indeed wonder how it got onto my nose!DSC_0083.JPG
