Poor picture of an insect (moth?) about 3mm long excluding antennae seen today in Grays, Essex on the underside of a viburnum leaf.
Not a group I take a particular interest in, but I reckon this is a bark louse (Psocoptera). This page may help -
At a quick glance I'd say Ectopsocus looks the most likely but I'm not sure - maybe contact them (National Barkfly Recording Scheme) and report it.
