Help Identifying a fly

i took this image of a fly in my garden some time ago. Can anyone help me with a proper ID please.

I would try Muscidae. Perhaps something like a Helina sp.? Compare http://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=39119&pid=172234.
