Found this fossil on MoD training ground between Fleet and Aldershot in Hampshire whilst walking the dog.
It is incredibly detailed. The rock in the picture is about 3cm high (the coin in the picture is a 1p for scale)

That's the negative impression from part of a Cidaroid type of sea urchin, preserved on flint.
Here's a link to a website that should help you find out more about it along with some photos of more complete examples.
I don't think your find can really be safely identified much beyond the family of Cidairdae, but my guess would be Prionocidaris.
