I keep finding tiny bits and pieces like the ones in the photograph. I usually find them on my sheet in the morning, under the pillow or duvet. They feel like grains of sand. I have brushed this collection of them together to take the photograph.
I am very worried that they might be remains of larvae of insects such as bedbugs, or worse. Can somebody please help me to identify them? I recently had an attack of head-lice, but having dealt with them, I thought the problem would be over.
I am sorry about the lack of detail in the photos. It's the best my camera can do.
The height of the photos is about1.25cm.

Well, you should be really worried. I have this kind of stuff in my bed as well (and everybody has), but I have at least five times as much (disregarding the bread-crumbs)! I think you might be overhygienic which actually might be harmful to your health.
I am surprised to hear that "everyone has this kind of stuff in their bed". I have not noticed it before.
I do need to know what the things are.
I've added a clearer picture, with a close-up, to my original posting. I do hope this helps.
The reason I am concerned is that I've been bitten by a variety of insects in the past month or two, and am anxious not to pass this on to visitors. I've been battling what I thought were head-lice on and off since August, and am dismayed to find that the unidentified bugs have started to reappear.
