I have a Beetle and Damsel/Dragonfly and "Mock Bee" that need indentification please

I am realy stuck on this 3 insects. I have searched many sites with no luck, I call the beetle the yellow bum beetle as it has a yellow bum/abdomen.

The Damsel Dragonfly and my favorite I call the "Mock Bee"  as it looks like a bee, was hanging with the Bumble bees on the blackberry bushes, but he also looks like it belongs to the fly family.

I thank everyone in advance for any help in indentifying. All these were found along the footpaths and fields in the N.W. area of UK.
