Whilst at the museum, Ittai worked on Graphipterus serrator group whose revision is the subject of his PhD research.
A selection of undetermined material in the Graphipterus accessions now identified to genus level by Ittai and is currently residing in Tel Aviv University for further research!
Research interests:
Revision of Graphipterus serrator group (Coleoptera: Carabidae: Lebiinae). An integrative approach to species discovery in Carabidae, using morphology, molecular analysis and ecological methods.
