Fungi are weird and wonderful organisms, objects of scientific study and folklore. But they can of course also be delicious to eat, from subtle Japanese delicacies to the classic British fry-up. As part of Fantastic Fungi Week Antonio Carluccio, celebrity chef and author of The Complete Mushroom Book, was in conversation in Darwin Centre Live, talking about various different fungi, how to spot the edible ones and how to cook them.
