Nick: There was a tantalizing faint glow of sunlight on the horizon today - enough to be reminded that the sun will be back before we know it. After all, mid-winter is just over 5 weeks away!

We have some very creative and enthusiastic people here - which makes it good fun when we have events like the Sundown party. Our artistic facial pigment collection was well-used for the party, but I think we're still okay!

The sun will return :) We are looking after it here in the Solar capital of the world Canberra and will send it back to you in August (this year). Minus 3 outside this morning, 23 Deg C inside Canberra's Sustainable House. Not close to the Ice.

What an amazingly flamboyant history of party and costume. I am intrigued how the supply of artistic facial pigment is going?
