This postcard shows a sepia photograph of Wallace's house, Old Orchard, at Broadstone in Dorset. Surrounded by shrubs, the house is three storeys high with an attic room at the top. There are balconies on the second floor and a veranda to the left. Shrubs surround the house.

 Wallace drew the plans for this house himself, having purchased the land in 1901. Wallace lived here with his wife Annie for the remainder of his life.
