The German artist, Wilhelm Kuhnert (1865-1926) was one of
the most important big game artists of the early twentieth
century. Based on his personal observations of animals and
birds made during safaris in Africa, his artwork accurately
conveys both the detail and character of the animal set in
its natural habitat.
