Diplodocus in the Central Hall

It may be big, but it's not bad - the Diplodocus dinosaur ate only plants.

It lived 150 million years ago and, at 26 metres, it's one of the longest land animals ever to walk the earth.

The Museum was given this replica skeleton in 1905.
