of UK systematic biology expertise now available on-line with nearly 700
records.
2. Setting up specialist groups of collection managers
to consider best practice and develop ways of coordinating aspects of collections
management.
3. A national workshop to develop criteria for setting
research priorities within systematics.
4. A meeting of Directors of the member institutions
to discuss the need for, and content of, a national strategy for systematic
biology research.
