Abstract

TCS explained - schema elements/attributes and their use in different scenarios
Robert Kukla, Napier University, Merchiston Campus, 10 Colinton Road, Edinburgh EH10 5DT, Scotland.

After introducing and justifying some general guidelines that helped shape the TCS, the general structure of the schema is presented and explained. The talk then focuses on the individual elements and attributes, what they mean and how they should be used. Dependencies between items are explained and possible alternative interpretations given (if appropriate). In cases where a particular feature is the direct result of feedback from the community it is pointed out and the solution is given and explained.
