TDWG 2004 Venue and local Transport Information

Local Transport, 13 - 15 October In the morning: There will be one (1) bus only. It will depart from the Heritage Hotel at 08:15, returning for another pick up at approximately 08:30. Backup will be provided by a SuperShuttle van (11 seats) at 08:30. In the evening: There will be two (2) buses and one SuperShuttle van departing from the usual place (end of Forestry Road) at 18:00.

The Meeting will be held at the University of Canterbury, about 5 Km west from the City Centre of Christchurch. Bus transport will be provded on each day of the Meeting, leaving from the Heritage Hotel (provisionally at about 08:15) and returning in the evening directly after the closing session (at about 17:45).
