| Some details concerning membership: | |
| How much will it cost? If you live in the UK the subscription is £31 per annum or £12 for those under 21 years of age. If you live overseas then it's £39 (members from outside the UK are very welcome to join the Quekett - we are an 'international' Club). (Rates applicable for 2009) |
|
What are the benefits of membership? Firstly, a warm invitation to come along to our meetings!
Secondly, 2 Bulletins a year and 2 copies of the Journal. There are regular meetings at the Natural History Museum (most months), and also a number of local meets - e.g. Surrey, Dorset, the Midlands and so on. We also have an Annual Weekend meeting and an Annual Exhibition held at the Museum. The Bulletin is a lively and informal publication full of tips, comments and so on; the Journal is more formal and is 'citable' i.e. it can be quoted as a reference by papers in other learned Journals. It is now edited by (Dr) Brian Bracegirdle, a former President of the Club, and an expert in a very wide range of fields, ranging from macrophotography to slide preparations! |

Or you can download an application form by clicking here. Print this out and then send the completed form, together with payment to the Subscription Manager (address on the form).
