Join Louise from Woodland Yoga for a unique workshop inspired by the Museum's connection with nature.
Focus on your breathing to reinvigorate your body while moving through ancient yogic movements and poses that connect with the Museum's collections.
The sessions end with healthy drinks and snacks before you set off in a blissful state to explore the Museum before it opens to the public.
