Crochet Workshop: Celebrating the Blue Whale

Make your own blue whale

This crochet workshop is the biggest of its kind and is suitable for complete beginners and more experienced crocheters.

Join designer Kerry Lord and her team from TOFT beneath the magnificent blue whale skeleton in Hintze Hall for the biggest crochet workshop of its kind.

At this unique event, you will use wool in a specially created new colour to make this exclusively designed new whale pattern.

The workshop includes everything you need to make your whale – wool, stuffing, crochet hook, sewing-up accessories, and a pattern – as well as expert guidance. You will learn how to read a crochet pattern, start and finish each body part and how to sew them all together to complete the design. The TOFT team will be on hand to help you throughout the evening.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and more experienced crocheters alike.
