Find out what to expect during the Cocoon experience at the Darwin Centre.
Booklets
When you arrive, you will be given booklets about being a scientist at the Museum. The booklet contains questions to help you gather information for your show.
NaturePlus cards
You will receive a NaturePlus card at reception. You can use the card to collect online content from the interactive exhibits. You can access the content later on the Natural History Museum website to help with your presentation.
To access the information you saved during your Cocoon visit, go to the NaturePlus homepage and enter the number on your NaturePlus card during the registration process.

School bookings
All school activities must be booked in advance. To book, please call our school bookings line between 08.30-16.00, Monday to Friday during term-time, or 10.00-13.00 during the school holidays.
