Host an event in the unique Tree gallery, a recent addition to the Museum's event spaces available for private hire.
The Tree gallery is a mezzanine room overlooking the Museum's iconic Central Hall and home to a eye-catching ceiling artwork.
Entertain your guests in the Tree gallery, home of the dramatic permanent art installation by artist Tania Kovats called TREE. The artwork is a 17-metre-long, wafer-thin section of an entire 200-year-old oak tree, including the roots, trunk and branches, inlaid into the gallery ceiling. It was commissioned to celebrate Charles Darwin’s bicentenary and took inspiration from Darwin's famous tree of life sketch.
The Tree gallery has views over the Central Hall and its resident dinosaur cast of Diplodocus.
