Find out about our pricing and what is included in the hire charge.

Charges for hiring our venues include the services of your personal event and operations managers from the time your event is confirmed. Also included are security personnel, cloakroom staff, toilet attendants and cleaning staff after the event.

Hire charges can vary depending on the length of your event and day of hire. All our venues can be booked 7 days a week. The prices below are a guide. For more information, please get in touch with our team.

Venue hire charges

Central Hall: prices start from £18,950
Earth Hall: early cocktail rate is £6,950; dinners from £10,600
Flett Theatre: all-day hire £2,500; half-day rates on request
Darwin Centre: early cocktail rate £4,000; dinners from £6,000

All our venue hire prices are exempt from VAT.

Please note that furniture hire is available only from the Museum. Additional charges may be incurred for additional staff. Your Event Manager will advise you on the earliest time for arrival.
