Last chance to see nature at its best

Time is running out for visitors to experience a display of nature at its most comical, resourceful and dramatic.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2005 closes on Sunday 23 April and showcases 84 thrilling shots of wildlife.

Some of the photo categories are Animal Behaviour, Nature in Black and White, Wild Places and The Underwater World.

'The talent of the photographers makes these the most impressive wildlife photos in the world,' said Deborah Sage, Competition Manager.

'They celebrate the richness of planet Earth and they are a must-see for lovers of art, travel and nature.'

The Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition, organised by the Natural History Museum and BBC Wildlife Magazine, is the most successful event of its kind and received nearly 17,000 entries from over 55 countries.
