Corporate planning provides the Museum with the structure to focus and prioritise its objectives and strategies. The corporate plan covers a five year time period, and is updated on a rolling basis. A more detailed work plan showing the activities to be undertaken is produced alongside the corporate plan. An updated summary is also produced annually, explaining the corporate priorities for the year ahead.
