Louise Charlton co-founded Brunswick (an international corporate communications group) in 1987 and is Vice-Chairman of the firm. Brunswick Group LLP has 19 offices in 11 countries, employing more than 600 people, with over 90 partners and more than 75 Directors In addition to her long-term retained clients, Louise has led teams in a number of Brunswick's most high profile projects, both contested bids and flotations. Louise's internal responsibilities include Head of Group Recruitment, Global Marketing and running the Peer Review Programme.
Louise is a Director, Trustee and Member of the Remuneration Committee at the Natural History Museum and a non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees at RPS

Started her career in retail at Selfridges before moving into public relations
