Last year set another record for visitors, with more than 5.2 million people coming to the Museum in London and Tring to be inspired by the natural world.
In November, HRH The Duchess of Cambridge opened the Treasures exhibition, which showcases the value of our collections and puts real objects at the heart of our permanent galleries. In April, we welcomed The Duchess as Patron of the Museum.
The Museum continues to play a unique role in the cultural and scientific life of the nation, providing a voice of authority on the natural world, and a source of inspiration across generations.
