Tring Museum Administration This series consists of a small collection of records relating to Tring Natural History Museum, the bulk of which are departmental memoranda (both specifically of Tring Museum, and also Natural History Museum Zoology Department memoranda that relate to either Tring Museum or the Ornithology Section, which is based within that museum (the move of the bird collections from the South Kensington Natural History Museum to Tring began in 1971). There is also a series of visitor books, covering both Tring Museum itself and the Ornithology Section. In addition there are also files concerning submissions to Trustees, events, loans, lecture tours and memoranda and letters of the Officer in Charge of Tring Museum. 1918-1987
