Crook states that he and his wife were planning on erecting a million dollar building to house the State Museum and libraries. The letter also refers to a previous meeting between Crook and Smith-Woodward eleven years previous. Crook greets Smith-Woodward in a very friendly manner and also refers to the 'terrible war', hoping that it had not impacted Smith-Woodward too heavily. </dc:description>
